Our Strategic Frameworks follow external reviews of the school's and the MAT's operations. This includes input from HMI consultants, external agencies like Inclusion Quality Mark, SSAT, and Health Check activities during the year.

Staff (anonymously), pupils and parents/carers are also consulted during each review process, with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix being used as the tool for review.

Although the Frameworks last for a period of years to enable sustained focus on key areas of school development, the in-year actions and review points are detailed in the School Development Plan, Subject Development Plans and Rapid Attainment Plans (which look at short-term actions that last a term only).
