Parent Voice

'Get involved, have your say and find out more'

We regularly share proposals, answer questions and gather ideas from our parents and carers.

There are three main ways that we do this.

Firstly, we have our Parent Forum. The forum is held on a termly basis in the Venue. We use this as an opportunity to discuss different aspects of the school with parents, collate feedback, and then use this to guide actions taken. We aim to create a discursive environment where all attendees are encouraged to participate and share ideas and perceptions.

Secondly, we use the regular emails, phone calls and in-person meetings that we have with parents to deepen our understanding of the experience and perspectives of our students and parents. Feedback is shared with members of the leadership team who use this information to guide decision making.

Finally, we gather views of parents through our own Ofsted style questionnaire using our annual autumn survey. We gather more detail about the school than the Ofsted Parentview so that we can look at practical ways to improve our educational provision for all our young people.

The results, analysis and actions from our Autumn '25 parent questionnaire can be found below.
