Huge congratulations to Finham Park School who this week have been awarded the ‘HumanKind' Staff Wellbeing Award in recognition of their ongoing commitment to improving the wellbeing of all people in our school.
By focusing on areas such as leadership, mental health, communication, and staff support, the award helps us to continue to build upon a positive and sustainable workplace culture. Mr Bishop's statement
I am incredibly proud to share that Finham Park School has been awarded the Human Kind Award, a nationally recognised accreditation that reflects our deep and ongoing commitment to staff wellbeing. This achievement is a testament to the collective effort of our entire team to foster a culture where every member of staff feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
The Human Kind Award provides a rigorous, evidence-based framework focused on areas such as leadership, mental health, communication, and workplace culture. Through expert coaching, self-reflection, and structured development, we have worked hard to ensure that wellbeing is embedded not just in our policies, but in the daily lived experience of our staff.
Receiving this award is both a proud milestone and a reminder of our responsibility to continue putting people at the heart of everything we do. A school can only be truly successful when it invests in the wellbeing of the professionals who serve its young people.
Thank you to every member of the Finham Park team for making this possible.
