Entry Requirements

You will need 5 GCSEs Grade A - C including GCSE English at Grade C or above, GCSE Mathematics at Grade B or above and recommended ICT Level 2 qualification at Grade C or above.

AS: Unit F451 - Computing Fundamentals - 50% of AS Level
Unit F452 - Programming Techniques and Logical Methods - 50% of AS Level

A2: Unit F453 - Advanced Computing Theory - 60% of A2 Level
Unit F454 - Programming Project - 40% of A2 Level

 


OCR Nationals Level 3 in ICT

Entry Requirements

Students wishing to take this subject should have obtained at least a grade C in English and Mathematics at GCSE and at least a Grade C in a GCSE ICT or equivalent qualification.

The course consists of 6 units. Units 1 - 4 are mandatory and must be taken by all students

UNIT 1: Digital business communication
UNIT 2: Collaborative working
UNIT 3: Problem solving
UNIT 4: Creating a digital showcase
